I’m here to help you gently explore those early experiences, so you can begin to unburden the pain, reconnect with yourself, and feel more grounded, whole, and free to move forward.

How it Works

Individual Therapy

  • Therapy is all about connection, and this is a chance for us to see if we click. It’s a casual conversation where you can share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and get a sense of how we might work together. This allows us to see if it’s a good fit moving forward.

  • We set weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions depending on your needs. This is more than just reaching goals—it's about connecting with yourself on a deeper level, gaining clarity, and finding balance in your day to day.

  • This is where the real transformation happens—creating lasting change from within that allows you to feel agency and empowerment in your life.

Group Facilitation

  • A team representative consults with me to discuss the event goals, objectives, and any specific challenges they want to address, ensuring a tailored experience.

  • I design an engaging agenda that includes icebreakers, transitional activities, and team-building initiatives, incorporating elements that foster connection and collaboration.

  • I facilitate the event, guiding participants through activities while encouraging open communication and teamwork. Through out the event we hold a space for reflections to discuss insights, takeaways, and ways to apply how to moving forward with the new experiences.
