Hi, I’m Caitlin

I view my role as a therapist as helping you untangle overwhelming thoughts, emotions, and patterns so you can navigate life with clarity and self-trust. In a compassionate, non-judgmental space, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface.

Therapy can sometimes feel clinical or detached, but I take a curious, relational approach rooted in Internal Family Systems and my Cherokee heritage. Together, we’ll explore all parts of you, guiding you toward healing in a way that feels authentic and lasting.

How it Works:

We'll start with a free phone consultation, and if it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule our first session and decide on a frequency, either weekly or biweekly.

Building safety is the foundation of our work together, and I’ll rely on your feedback to guide our process. You are always in control of what happens. Over time, you will experience shifts within yourself—layers of healing that bring increased confidence, well-being, clarity, and calm.
