Hi, I’m Caitlin, a Cherokee therapist.
I view my job as a therapist as being a guide on your journey to clarity and balance. That means I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you navigate your experiences with compassion and curiosity. I’m not here to fix you or offer robotic statements like “How does that make you feel”. Sometimes we’ll need to explore difficult emotions or patterns that no longer serve you. I won’t judge or rush the process. The sadness, the anxiety, the uncertainty…it’s all welcome here.
Other times we’ll find moments to reflect, to laugh, or to celebrate the small victories. Every step we take will be guided by your pace, your needs, and your inner wisdom. This is your journey, and I’m here to support and empower you as you reconnect with yourself.
